The vision of enable people comes from the hearts of Aylin and Christopher Hirth. But it can only be realised and lived out by a considerably larger team.
We are quite thankful that we have already gained our first invaluable companions for this journey. And we are excited to see who else will enrich our enable people family over the short-and long-term.
Christopher Hirth
Christopher studied Evangelical Theology, most recently in Munich. He is the first regular employee with enable people and as of February 2022 will be Diplomate in Theology. Christopher’s passion is challenging people to achieve greatness according to Kingdom of Heaven principles.
Aylin Hirth
Aylin is a full-time mother and is completing her Masters of Education with a specialization in counselling, in September 2022. She has a heart for implementing divine wisdom at the level of family and organisation. She would like to raise up leaders who know the culture of the Kingdom and pass it on.
Stefanie Huster
Steff is a pharmacist and works in that capacity in Augsburg. She has a heart for seeing people healthy and free. She pursues this objective with great passion. Steff is a person who brings joy with her and enjoys life.
Silas Windgaßen
Silas studied sports and history, earning a teaching license. He recently completed his internship and lives in Augsburg with his wife and daughter. Silas’s passion is to see men regain true masculinity. He loves (almost any) sports and advocates for healthy physical activity as a great addition to anyone’s lifestyle.
Kathy Schmidt
Kathy lives in Münster with her husband and most recently worked there as an MTLA. She is currently doing an apprenticeship to be a graphic designer and will soon be the second employee of enable people. It is on her heart to creatively help people to cope with their lives in God's way.
